Can a vacuum really clear everything in a gutter?
Some people are sceptical as to weather a vacuum with such long poles is actually powerful enough to clear all the debris out. "I've got grass growing in my gutters! Can your system cope with that?" That's a common question we often get asked.
As you can see from this photo at a job today in Crawley, yes our vacuum is capable of clearing grass from a gutter. It does help if the grass is wet so that a nice tight seal can be achieved at the tool head. Then we simply lift out the grass, or "sod" as we like to call them!
If the entire length of your gutter is full of grass we will often do things the old fashioned way and use a ladder.
