Do you carry and use ladders?
Yes! It is very important that we carry ladders. Mostly we use ladders only for repairs as the gutter vacuum does such a good job and we have a range of tools for the vac for every eventuality. Rather than include repairs in our quote we charge just £10 extra for each repair carried out. Most houses, like this one in Walton on Thames don't require them so we think this is the fairest approach
Occasionally when the gutters are full of matted grass for example it is often easier and quicker for us to use ladders. We take safety very seriously when using ladders, sometimes we will tie them off and on any slightly slippery surface we hace our 'ladder mate' which is a matt the ladder sits on with hundreds of tiny spikes on the bottom which grip the surface underneath.
