What's the best weather for cleaning gutters in?
Most people expect it to be the summer when it's easiest to clear out gutters with our gutter vacuum, like in this photo in Kenley today. How wrong they are! We like things to be as wet as possible. Ideally that would mean it's not actually raining when we carry out the work but we will still work when it's raining, usually only sheltering for the heavy downpours.
Rain is also good for business! Most people call us to check their gutters due to a problem with leaks and overflows they have noticed when it's raining. The best day for rain we find is a Sunday when people are more likely to be at home. You will usually find us doing a rain dance on a Saturday afternoon to boost the chances!
