Which gutters are best?
We often get asked what type or style of gutter system is best. Our recommendation for plastic gutters would be a deep flow. This type of gutter looks like a regular half round gutter but is more oval shaped and has a much greater capacity to carry rain water.
This photo taken today at a job in Esher shows a 'square' gutter with matching square downpipes. As you can see the vacuum has removed a blockage from the downpipe outlet. For some reason these square downpipes get blocked much more easily than the round ones, so for that reason we don't recommend square gutters!
